The customer should place his order on his own numbered order form, indicating the quantity, model number, description, colour, height, shipping method and preferred routing. the customer may be liable for the cost of recovering duplicate shipments.
Prices are based on specifications as shown in our catalogue. Any deviation must be repriced by our sales office. We reserve the
right to substitute materials,if materials are not available and to make design changes which, in our opinion, improve the product.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
NON STANDARD COLORS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
If you are looking for a spécific colors, please contact our customer service with the Formica number to get a quotation. Erasable top also available if needed.
GENERAL SALES POLICY
No order in process of production, or product other than standard, is subject to cancellation, delivery deferment or specification
change without written acceptance from our sales office.
There shall be added to the sales price any excise, sales, or other tax imposed upon the manufacturer incident to this sale unless
otherwise noted on order.
All orders will be subject to the approval of Alpha- Vico Inc. Credit Department
Net 30 Days. Overdue account are subject to interest of 1-1/5% per month (18% per annum)
All products are shipped F.O.B. factory, unless otherwise noted on order. This means that the buyer and not the seller owns the
goods and carries all risk
of loss or damage after the goods leave the factory. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery before
accepting deli-very in good condition. Any damage, visible or concealed, must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt in the presence
of the driver. This should be done before signing the bill of lading accepting the goods in good condition. If concealed damage
is suspected, merchandise should be uncartoned and inspected within 7 days after delivery. Save all cartons and request an inspection
from the freight company within that time period. The customer is responsable to file a freight claim. Alpha-Vico will assist in
filing loss or damage claims upon receipt of proper documents, but cannot be responsible for the actual collection of claims or
replacement of the order.
Alpha-Vico assumes no liability for damages on account of delay in delivery resulting from any cause whatsoever beyond its reasonable
control. Alpha-Vico will ship orders in quantity uncartoned by furniture van if requested. The additional cost will be charged
to the customer. Alpha-Vico reserves the right to ship by van at their own discretion. Freight charges, in this case, are not to exceed
normal rates to same destination.

No returned goods will be accepted unless written consent is given by Alpha-Vico Inc. sales offices. A 20% handling charge will be
